Job summary

Big Bang Academy in Hong Kong is seeking a STEAM Teacher Assistant Manager / Senior STEAM Teacher to lead high-quality English-medium lessons for young learners aged 3–16. The role combines senior teaching duties with teacher coordination and quality assurance across full-time and part-time staff.

You will work with curriculum, operations, sales, and school partnership teams to ensure well-staffed classes, consistent delivery, and an inspiring learning experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering STEAM lessons to ages 3–16.
• Experience coordinating teaching staff and scheduling.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for teachers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging STEAM lessons in English to 3–16-year-olds.
• Coordinate full-time and part-time teachers for staff allocation.
• Observe lessons and provide feedback to maintain quality.
• Onboard and train new teachers.
• Collaborate with curriculum, operations, sales, and school partnerships teams.
• Lead teaching quality initiatives and programme delivery.
