Job summary

Plug and Play Tech Center in Hong Kong seeks a student or recent graduate to help source business development leads and manage market research within the HK ecosystem. You will organize meetups and events to raise presence and support partnerships across startups and corporate members.

The role offers exposure to the full innovation lifecycle, from sourcing to deal flow, and requires strong English skills with an interest in technology trends and startup ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and understanding of the startup ecosystem.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Background in engineering or STEM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships within the innovation ecosystem with startups, scale-ups, corporate partners and stakeholders.
• Provide operational and administrative support including meetings, events, data tracking, and coordination.
• Source startups, perform market analysis, and track early-stage founders in HK and APAC.
• Coordinate deal flow and support senior team in evaluating investment and partnership opportunities.
