Job Description

• Work independently as a go‑to‑person to drive startups on business success and company growth
• Formulate strategies and execution plans for startups to expand the business in APAC region
• Collaborate with overseas corporations, channels, system integrators and solution providers to build effective products and service on‑boarding framework
• Conduct periodic review on the performance of startups and provide appropriate support
• Enrich services, supports, resources and networks in the Program to best serve group's startups community
• Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager as appropriate

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business, from a top‑tier university. Higher Degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in strategic planning, business development and channel development in APAC region, preferably from the industry with focus in enterprise solutions or IoT products
• Strong business acumen with solid experience in B2B and B2C sales cycle
• Experience in startups or tech ecosystem or equivalent, preferably familiar with doing product development and management in the context
• Self‑motivated, organized, a good team player and manager able to multi‑task and work under pressure and tight schedule
• Logical thinking, attention to details, great interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) required.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered lower position
