Job summary

Acts Consulting Co. 毅知顧問公司 seeks a Stablecoin Manager to lead design, issuance and 1:1 anchoring of stablecoins with fiat assets.

You will analyze demand, define use cases across payments, DeFi and cross-border settlements, and ensure adherence to HKMA supervision and AML/CFT requirements. The role requires 5+ years in fintech/crypto, familiarity with SVF/VASP licenses, and knowledge of blockchain tech and stablecoin economics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in finance, economics, computer science or related fields.
• More than 5 years of industry experience in financial technology, cryptocurrency, cross-border payments, etc., with RWA (real world assets) and other project experience preferred.
• Familiar with Hong Kong's SVF and VASP license requirements.
• Familiar with blockchain technology (smart contracts, cross-chain bridges, etc.) and stablecoin economic models.
• Priority is given to those with Type 7 or VASP licenses from the SFC.
• Priority is given to those with cryptocurrency, cross-border payments, RWA and related project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, issuance and redemption mechanism optimization of stablecoins to ensure 1:1 anchoring with fiat currency/reserve assets.
• Analyze market demand and design differentiated stablecoin use cases (such as payment, DeFi, cross-border settlement, etc.).
• Ensure that stablecoins comply with HKMA supervision and other applicable regulations (AML/CFT).
• Collaborate with the legal team to formulate reserve asset audit plans and disclose transparency reports regularly.
• Track global stablecoin regulatory trends (FATF, IMF guidelines) and predict policy risks.
• Expand partners (banks, payment institutions, Web3 projects, etc.) and build stablecoin application scenarios.
• Promote integration with HK VASPs and traditional financial institutions.

• Promote integration with Hong Kong Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) and traditional financial institutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in finance, economics, computer science or related fields;

• Priority is given to those who hold relevant licenses (Type 7 or VASP) from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC);
