Job summary

CLSA in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned PMO Director to ensure IT programs are governed with consistent standards, strong governance, and measurable value. You will align IT initiatives with corporate strategy and serve as a liaison between IT leadership, business stakeholders, and headquarters.

You will oversee enterprise programs from funding through SDLC to closure, enforce PMO guidelines, provide transparent updates to heads and HQ, and collaborate with IT Financials and vendors to track

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in information technology, business, or related discipline.
• 8-10 years’ experience with 4+ years in IT project governance, PMO leadership, or large-scale program delivery.
• Experience and knowledge of Investment banking front-back office functional flows is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills, logic, numeracy and proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communicator, organized and methodical by nature.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a MUST.
• Strong understanding of PMO role & function.
• Candidate must articulate the value-add they can bring to the PMO function and organization.
• Experience with project management tools, budgeting, working with vendors and/or offshore teams will be an advantage.
