Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Hong Kong is looking for an experienced project manager to support various strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee project activities including system enhancement and compliance monitoring. Candidates should possess a degree in IT, Finance, or Business and have at least 3 years of experience in project management. Job description

• Support various types of strategic projects including system enhancement, business planning, process reengineering, etc.
• Liaise with users on project activities and facilities requirements to enhance compliance of corporate standard
• Develop a strategy for and provide communications of project, including documentation, meeting minutes and presentations.
• Manage business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
• Work closely with business users, IT and external vendors to ensure delivery of effective solutions
• Develop and implement strategy for the control and tracking of project related items including issues, assumptions, dependencies and associated costs and resources.
• Degree holder in IT, Finance, Business, and other related degrees
• Minimum 3 years experience in technology project management, administration and PMO function.
• Experience in project policies and procedures establishment, operational control, quality assurance, compliance monitoring and risk management.
• Good project financial and budget management.
• Exceptional Communications skills in English and Cantonese.
