Job summary

China Mobile International Limited is seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to perform cross-functional operational data analysis, build dashboards, and ensure data quality. You will monitor KPIs, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for overseas markets, supported by SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and FineBI.

You will prepare materials for management reviews and contribute to data-driven improvements across telecom operations in Hong Kong and beyond.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
At least 5+ years hands-on data analysis experience; telecom/ICT background preferred.
Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, data processing, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Perform daily/weekly/monthly operational data analysis, including extraction, cleaning, and modeling from business systems.
Monitor and report on core performance metrics, identifying anomalies and trends.
Track and analyze overseas market operations and conduct regular performance reviews.
Prepare operational analysis materials (PPT/Word) independently.
Evaluate, track, and forecast KPIs for overseas units and propose improvements.
Conduct root-cause analysis for key business gaps and recommend data-driven solutions.
Maintain data quality; ensure accuracy in databases and market reports.
Develop and maintain automated dashboards (Power BI/Tableau/FineBI) for real-time monitoring.
