Adecco seeks a Data Analyst (SQL) to join our fast-growing operations team in Hong Kong. You will turn data into actionable insights that shape strategic decisions across regional markets and partner with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

You’ll build and maintain competitive intelligence datasets and reporting pipelines, analyze market trends, and translate complex data into clear business recommendations to support day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in: Data Analytics / Business Intelligence / Operations Analytics
• Strong Excel and SQL skills (essential)
• Solid analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate insights clearly in English
• Experience working with stakeholders or business teams
