Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a PMO Analyst to support governance, reporting, planning, and control across the organization. The role maintains project management standards, creates management reports, tracks risks and issues, and ensures compliance with PMO processes.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and 5-10 years of experience, including 2-3 years in IT PMO governance. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and bilingual English/Mandarin are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Business, or related discipline.
• 5-10 years’ experience with 2-3 years in IT project/PMO governance.
• Proven analytical skills, logic and numeracy.
• Strong communicator, organized and methodical by nature.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience preparing management reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of PMO role & function.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or securities industries.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of PMO governance methodologies and standards.
• Ensure projects comply with approved project governance and reporting requirements.
• Monitor adherence to project management processes and escalate exceptions where required.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly portfolio management reports.
• Consolidate project status updates, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Coordinate project meetings, steering committees, and governance forums.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action logs, and follow-up items.
• Provide regular updates to department heads and HQ.
