Job summary

Aden Financial Holdings LTD in Hong Kong seeks a qualified finance professional to prepare and analyze the Group’s consolidated financial statements, review standalone statements, and manage consolidation eliminations.

The role includes leading the review of external financial statements and related documents, coordinating annual audits, handling bookkeeping for HK and overseas entities, and driving efficient financial accounting processes. Fluency in Chinese and English is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 5 years of experience in financial institutions or audit firms dealing with financial firms.
• Proficient in consolidated financial statements.
• Strong in-depth financial statement analysis skills; proficient in Excel and financial software.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Honest, detail-oriented, willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review of external financial statements and related documents, including audit reports, tax returns, bank documents, and regulatory filing data.
• Handle bookkeeping, closing, and fund receipts/payments for HK and overseas entities, and manage bank accounts for HK and overseas entities.
• Coordinate annual audit liaison and review for all Group entities.
• Establish and optimize financial accounting processes, and assist with other finance-related tasks.

Handle bookkeeping, closing, and fund receipts/payments for Hong Kong and overseas entities, and manage bank accounts for Hong Kong and overseas entities.

Coordinate annual audit liaison and review for all Group entities.

Establish and optimize financial accounting processes, and assist with other finance-related tasks.

Job Requirements

Dioploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.

5 years of experience in financial institutions or audit firm dealing with financial firm.

Proficient in consolidated financial statements.

Strong in-depth financial statement analysis skills; proficient in Excel and financial software.
