The candidate should have a Bachelor's in accounting, HKICPA or equivalent, and 8+ years of relevant experience with excellent communication skills in English and Chinese. Strong Excel and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• HKICPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in financial reporting, preferably some audit experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in written & spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage group consolidation activities, including consolidation adjustments and reporting packs.
• Ensure consolidated financial statements are prepared accurately and on time in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
• Support and coordinate month-end/year-end closing and reporting schedules across entities.
• Review and validate consolidation data, intercompany balances, and elimination entries.
• Partner with stakeholders to address data quality issues, resolve reporting variances, and improve reporting processes.
• Support internal and external reporting requirements, including audits and ad-hoc requests.
• Contribute to process improvements and strengthen consolidation controls.
