The Child Development Centre (CDC) is a team of dedicated professionals providing education, therapy and assessment plus family and community support for children aged birth to six years with additional needs.
The position assists the group leader to run group programmes and workshops, maintain a positive learning environment, prepare materials, support assessment and distribution of reports, and provide administrative help across the centre.

Responsibilities:
Assist the group leader to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the group programmes and workshops
Assist the group leader to provide a positive and supportive learning environment to the children and their families
Ensure all the materials and equipment are in place, prepared and accessible
Assist assessment and report distribution procedures
Provide classroom, programme and centre administrative support
Requirements:
Diploma or above and registration in Social Work or Special Child Care Work
Experience and training in either early years education or special needs is an advantage
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
A good team player, pleasant, willing to learn and with a strong sense of responsibility
Enjoy working with children
