Job summary

Leadingnation Education Services is seeking a Manager (Kindergarten Social Work Service) on a contract basis to lead the kindergarten social work team and develop professional services in pre-school settings in Hong Kong.

The role requires an RSW with a Degree in Social Work or above and at least 5 years of post-degree experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication in English and Chinese. The position covers Central & Western District and Chai Wan District.

Qualifications

• RSW, Degree in Social Work or above.
• At least 5 years of post-degree experience (casework or school social work preferable).
• Good command in English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and develop clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Supervise kindergarten school social workers, program and clerical staff.
• Assist Senior Manager of Education Services to formulate, implement & evaluate professional service in pre-school settings.
• Develop service projects.
• Develop clinical service to establish professionalism and expertise in the field.
• Liaise with local stakeholders & promote kindergarten school social work services.
