Job summary

The Society of Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention, Hong Kong is seeking a social worker to support the implementation of the Foyer model and recovery programs at Key House, facilitate collaboration and coordinate joint programs, and support peer development.

The role requires registration with SWRB, at least 2 years post-qualification experience in youth or social housing services, proficiency in English and Chinese, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a commitment to youth

Qualifications

• Registered social worker under the Social Workers Registration Board.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in youth or social housing services or Halfway House service.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to youth empowerment, mental wellness, and social inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Foyer model and recovery programs at Key House.
• Facilitate collaboration and coordinate joint programs at Key House.
• Support peer development, peer support groups, and independent living training.
• Assist the Manager in standardizing daily operations, maintaining Service Quality Standards (SQS), and updating handbooks.
• Support the Manager to develop, execute, and monitor the annual service plan, and implement agency-wide programs and projects tailored for service users of Key House.
• Assist the Manager in execution of the Recovery and Foyer models of services in KeyHouse, familiar with advantage thinking & foyer model will be an advance.
