Wing Restaurant seeks a Sous Chef / Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen team in Hong Kong. The role requires a strong command of English and at least 2 years’ experience in a fine dining Western restaurant.

You will apply solid food safety practices while delivering high-quality dishes through varied cooking methods, collaborating closely with the team. Ideal candidates are creative, quality-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
