Qualifications

• Strong command of English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a fine dining Western restaurant.
• Solid knowledge of standard procedures and policies in food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
• Proficient in diverse cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and food processing techniques.
• Creative, quality-focused, and a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
