Job summary

Polette Limited is seeking an agile Sourcing & E-Commerce Operations Manager to lead product expansion and platform execution. You will oversee end-to-end product sourcing across fashion and non-fashion categories, manage digital backend workflows to drive sales, and lead a small, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sourcing, vendor management, or e-commerce operations.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms; Magento familiarity is a strong plus.
• Proficient with Canva, Google Workspace; eager to adopt AI tools for visuals.
• Strong supplier negotiation, product file management, and end-to-end logistics.
• Ability to mentor junior staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin to communicate with buyers and manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing across fashion and non-fashion categories and onboarding manufacturers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts to maximize margins.
• Oversee vendor compliance, product quality, and inventory planning.
• Manage Magento backend, product data files, listings, and site health.
• Oversee F2C shipping workflows and resolve logistics bottlenecks.
• Generate marketing visuals using AI tools and create banners.
• Create and optimize content using Canva and Google tools.
• Lead a small team of 2 junior members; mentor and delegate tasks.
• Lead ad-hoc cross-functional growth projects for executive priorities.
