Job summary

Vita Green seeks an experienced Ecommerce Operations Lead in Hong Kong to own end-to-end storefront management across our online platforms—listings, pricing, promotions, and content—for multiple brands. You will ensure stock availability, coordinate with logistics, and drive on-time campaign go-lives.

You will collaborate on online advertising strategies, monitor KPIs, and align promotional mechanics with offline plans.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on ecommerce operations experience, with HKTVMall experience a strong plus.
Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English; Mandarin a plus.
Strong analytical capabilities (CVR, ROAS, funnel metrics) and excellent Excel skills.
Proven track record of end-to-end listings, campaigns, and platform compliance.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end storefront management across e-commerce platforms, including listings, pricing, promotions, and content.
Coordinate stock availability, logistics, and coordinated returns for campaigns.
Set online advertising strategies and monitor KPIs against targets.
Align promotional mechanics with offline strategies and manage partner relationships.
Lead a small ecommerce operations team and develop SOPs, trackers, and scalable processes.
