Job summary

HKBN is seeking an Enterprise Architect to guide IT architecture solutions across the organization. You will shape technology strategy with CIO and senior IT leaders, drive architectural direction, and ensure scalable designs for digital transformation.

Candidates should have 10+ years in software development with 2+ years as EA, strong cloud, security, and coding skills, and a proven ability to lead teams through change in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Total 10+ years in software development with at least 2 years as Enterprise Architect or similar.
• Broad technical knowhow including full-stack development, data analytics/ML/AI, Azure/AWS, devSecOps, API/Middleware, RPA, information security, Kubernetes.
• Familiar with both waterfall and agile SDLC.
• Innovative, strong analytical skills, and ability to learn latest tech quickly.
• Team leadership and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide IT architecture direction with CIO and IT leaders.
• Prepare proposals and estimates for IT design and implementation.
• Host design board reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
• Hire, train, and assign responsibilities to team members.
• Develop policies and guidelines; solve business problems with appropriate technology in an agile manner.

About You

• High Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum total 10 years' working experience in software development with minimum 2 years experience as Enterprise Architect or alike
• All rounded technical knowhow including but not limited to full stack software development, data analytics / machine learning / A.I., Azure / AWS, devSecOps, API/Middleware, RPA, Information Security, K8S / AKS / EKS, C# /.NET/JAVA/nodejs, system monitoring.
• RDBMS / NoSQL / Mongodb knowledge will be a big advantage.
• Familiar with Software Development Cycle both waterfall and agile
• Candidate with less experience will be considers as Architect
• Innovative and strong analytical skill
• Keen on technology and able to pick up latest technical skills quick.
• Both team leader and player with strong interpersonal skills
• Familiar with enterprise IT budget model
