Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager in interior design or construction.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and liaison with designers, contractors and clients.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or interior design (preferred).
• Experience with quality assurance and compliance (preferred).

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join F's Design House Ltd, a leading firm in interior design and architecture. This is a full-time position based in Happy Valley, Wan Chai District. As Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the practical implementation of our interior design projects on-site. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is executed to the highest standards, maintaining project timelines, and liaising between our design team and on-site contractors. This position is integral to delivering exceptional results and maintaining the reputation of F's Design House Ltd.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure interior design projects are completed according to specifications and timelines
• Monitor work quality and compliance with design drawings, specifications, and industry standards
• Manage contractor relationships and coordinate with multiple teams working on-site
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed documentation of project progress
• Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction and coordinate solutions with the design team
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed by all personnel on-site
• Liaise between clients, contractors, and the F's Design House Ltd design team to facilitate clear communication
• Manage project budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of materials, deliveries, and project completion milestones

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager in interior design or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and construction methods
• Proven ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with designers, contractors, and clients
• Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in construction environments
• Problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, interior design, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience with quality assurance and compliance procedures (preferred)
