Job description

Responsibilities

• Liaison with Project Manager / Site Manager moling site progress
• Responsible for supervision of site teams
• Full execution of site works in accordance with contract and statutory requirements
• Ensure the measures regarding quality, delivery and safety are effectively implemented on site
• Monitor the subcontractors' work to meets site requirements
• Ensure the activities and technical aspects of installation and erection of the works are completed to meet the project program

Requirements

• High Diploma / High Certificate in Engineering, Building Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years working experience in overall site management with at least 8 years in related façade works is highly preferred
• Able to supervise curtain wall / windows installation and monitor quality, progress and safety
• Able to read shop drawings
• Holder of Safety Supervisor & TCP1 would be an advantage
