Job summary

Andermax (H.K.) Limited is seeking a Ceiling/Cladding & Acoustic Panels Contractor to supervise the installation team and monitor work progress on site in Hong Kong.

You will handle cost and safety controls, prepare progress reports and documentation, and report to the Project Manager. The role requires a building studies qualification and 1-2 years' interior/A&A experience; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies or related field.
• 1-2 years relevant experience in Interior Fitting Out / A&A Works / Minor Works / Maintenance Works / Construction Management
• Strong sense of responsibility with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ceiling cladding contractors will be an advantage
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be preferred
