Job summary

Million Hope Industries Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong-based leader in facade and curtain wall systems, seeks a dedicated supervisor to safeguard site activities and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards. You will support the Project Manager across SMS, QMS, and ITPs, while maintaining detailed site records and coordinating with contractors and designers.

The role demands strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in curtain walls / aluminium / steel work façade systems.
• Form 5 / HKDSE with relevant experience.
• TCP T1 certificate preferred.
• Ability to supervise quality, progress and safety on façade installation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of all site activities and report accidents per policy.
• Support Project Manager in Site Safety Management System, Quality Management System, and ITPs.
• Monitor and record site activities, labour attendance, daily reports and document submissions.
• Maintain positive relationships with main contractors, subcontractors and consultants.
• Record as-built conditions and coordinate with Project Department and design team.

Job description

Be responsible for ensuring the safety of all activities at worksite and ensure that accidents and incidents are reported in accordance with the Company Policy;

Support the assigned Project Manager with the effective implementation of the Site Safety Management System, Quality Management System, Inspection and Test Plans;

Monitor, report and keep full records on site activities, labour attendance, daily site report, and document submission;

Establish and maintain a positive community relationship with main contractors, subcontractors and consultants;

Record as built conditions on drawings and issue back to Project Department and design team

Job Requirements:

Perform damage and non-compliance reporting and materials re-ordering;

Form 5 / HKDSE, with at least 4 year's working experience in curtain walls / aluminium / steel work / Curtain wall façade system;

Holder of TCP T1 certificate is highly preferred;

Able to learn and practice for supervising quality, progress and safety of façade installation;

Good team player, quality-and-detail oriented, good communication skills;

Well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure
