Job summary

Far East Facade (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a senior design professional to supervise curtain wall and window wall design work. You will develop drawings from tender/design intent with Designers, ensure submissions meet requirements, and verify fixing details with structural layouts.

The role involves preparing curtain wall details for engineering calculations, obtaining client/architect approvals, and organizing Building Department submissions.

Qualifications

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Building Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years’ experience with minimum 5 years in curtain wall / window wall design and drafting.
• Familiar with 3D and AutoCAD is a must.
• Ability to propose any design and technical solutions.
• Experience in developing of curtain wall details from architectural drawings independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate works with Draftsman and report to the department head on various aspects of the project.
