Qualifications

Job description

• Responsible for all aspects of project management including project planning, quality assurance, safety control and progress monitoring;
• Manage overall project timelines, contract and cost, construction and quality of works of projects from inception to project handover stages;
• Provide on-site supervision and evaluate the efficiency of manpower;
• Attend architectural meetings and take part in design;
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth project operation;
• Responsible for the cost control and final account issues.

Qualification & Experience Requirement:

• Degree in Building Studies or related disciplines;
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in curtain walls & aluminum engineering field with at least 3 years in managerial level;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Self-motivated and independent, with strong communication skills and ability to work under tight deadline;
• Candidates with less working experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Project Manager;
