Job summary

Kin Wing Engineering is seeking an on-site IT support specialist to set up and maintain hardware, provide on-site technical support, and ensure CCTV operations at site offices. You will manage IT assets and collaborate on standardized deployments, with 4S project experience considered advantageous.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT, at least 1 year of technical support experience, and Cantonese proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support.
Strong understanding of construction site operations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Cantonese is required.
Work Schedule: 1-2 days per week.

Responsibilities

Set up, configure, and maintain hardware including computers, network equipment, and printers at site offices.
Provide on-site IT technical support, responding promptly to resolve issues faced by site staff.
Ensure the smooth operation of site CCTV systems.
Manage IT asset inventory, tracking equipment allocation and maintenance records.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement standardized IT system deployments and updates.
Experience with 4S-related projects is an advantage.
