Responsibilities:

• Drive project planning, requirement analysis, and risk assessment
• Responsible for overall project management and coordination including project progress, quality control, cost control and client relations
• Lead project team to ensure all works are complied with contractual requirement
• Manage all project documentation such as project plan, design specification, testing specification, status reports, meeting minutes etc.
• Monitor overall contractual and technical matters for projects
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the project plan

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent qualification relevant to building construction and preferably with professional membership
• At least 10 years site management experience in building construction and previous experience in HKHA project is a plus
• Good interpersonal & communication skills and leadership skills
