Job summary

CRBC - FD Joint Venture on Hong Kong Island seeks a Site Agent to oversee supervision and execution of the Highway Contract 14/HY/2024 (Maintenance and Management of roads under the Highways Department 2025–2030).

You will supervise term maintenance works, ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance, and coordinate with engineers, contractors and government authorities while preparing site reports.

Qualifications

• Recognized university degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Diploma or Higher Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in supervision of term maintenance contracts or civil engineering works.
• Proficiency in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).

Requirements

• Option 1: Recognized university degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supervision of term maintenance contracts or other civil engineering contracts.
• Option 2: Diploma or Higher Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with:
  • Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in supervision of term maintenance contracts or other civil engineering contracts.
• Option 3: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in supervision of term maintenance contracts or other civil engineering contracts.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English (spoken and written).
