Job summary

Artisan Living Limited is seeking a proactive showroom sales associate to welcome customers and deliver a friendly, professional shopping experience. You will build product knowledge and offer tailored furniture recommendations to help customers create inspiring living spaces.

You will achieve sales targets through proactive engagement, maintain showroom presentation, assist with orders and after-sales service, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver a friendly, professional, and engaging shopping experience.
• Develop strong product knowledge and provide tailored recommendations to help customers find the right furniture and home furnishing solutions.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through proactive customer engagement, relationship building, and effective sales techniques.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation accurately, and follow up on inquiries, quotations, deliveries, and after-sales services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
• Support showroom presentation and visual merchandising activities to ensure displays are attractive, inspiring, and aligned with promotional campaigns.
• Assist with inventory and order fulfilment activities, including stock receiving, replenishment, stock transfers, inventory checks, and delivery coordination.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain smooth showroom operations and comply with Company policies, operational procedures, and health and safety requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience are required

Relevant experience in retail sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles; experience in furniture, home furnishing, or lifestyle retail is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Enthusiastic about furniture, interior styling, and helping customers create comfortable and inspiring living spaces.

Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle enquiries and concerns effectively.

Able to work efficiently in a dynamic retail environment and respond positively to changing business and customer requirements.

Proficient in spoken Cantonese and English; Mandarin would be an advantage.
