is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to drive showroom and online sales, engage customers, and manage administrative tasks including virtual support. The role includes planning deliveries, maintaining records in Google Workspace, and contributing to growth in a dynamic showroom environment. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both retail and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, retail management, or business development, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven with ability to achieve sales targets and motivate a team.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive showroom and online sales by engaging customers, understanding needs, and recommending products.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets and growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail and corporate (B2B) clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage end-to-end sales process from lead to close.
• Oversee customer journey from enquiry to after-sales support, ensuring exceptional experience.
• Handle escalated issues and implement service recovery strategies.
• Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone, etc.
