Job summary

DALLOYAU in Hong Kong is seeking a capable Shop Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of the pastry and bakery shop, drive sales, and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has a Higher Diploma or above, at least five years in pastry/bakery with two years in supervision, and strong leadership and communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above is required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in pastry & bakery shops (with at least 2 years of supervisory experience).
• Presentable, pleasant, self-motivated and customer-oriented.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good command of Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English.
