Job summary

WT Microelectronics (Hong Kong) Ltd. 文曄科技(香港)有限公司 is seeking a Logistics Clerk to coordinate local courier services and air export shipments at our Kwai Chung location. You will follow up shipments independently and keep the department head informed with daily reports.

The role requires 1+ year of experience, knowledge of China/Hong Kong customs declarations, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential; Form 5/HKCEE is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge in China / Hong Kong customs declaration.
• Profi cient in English and Mandarin written and spoken.
• Profi cient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Chinese word processing.
• Form 5/HKCEE or HKDSE level.

Responsibilities

• Arrange Local Courier (Fedex, DHL, UPS) & Forwarder Air Export shipments, independently follow up.
• Communicate with customers/forwarder about shipping arrangements.
• Daily shipment report, and report to department head.
