Job summary

CPJobs International is seeking a logistics/fulfillment assistant in Hong Kong to handle daily order fulfillment and shipping coordination. You will monitor orders, liaise with internal teams to resolve issues, and keep accurate shipping data in our in-house system. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and Saturday work is part of the 5-day schedule.

The role offers a 9-hour shift (08:00–22:00) with a discretionary bonus and medical/dental insurance as part of the remuneration package.

Qualifications

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above required.
• 1 year customer service in e‑commerce/logistics preferred; fresh grads welcomed.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Strong English and Chinese communication (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Immediate availability highly preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Manage day-to-day customer order fulfillment processes and logistics arrangements in a timely manner

• Monitor order status and work closely with internal parties to resolve shipment issues

• Maintain and update accurate shipping data in the in-house system

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Working Hours:

• 08:00 – 22:00 (9 hours shift include 1 hour lunch time)

• 5 days per week (including Sat, Sun & Public Holiday)
  

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above

• 1 year of customer service experience in e-Commerce/logistics industry is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Good communication skills and a strong team player

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
