Job summary

EMI Asia Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our Kwun Tong team in Hong Kong. You will prepare shipping documents, process invoices, and handle sea/air freight booking documents, ensuring accurate declarations with Tradelink.

Immediate availability is highly preferred and you will support various clerical tasks as needed. Ideal candidates have HKCEE/HKDSE or above, about 1 year of shipping experience, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above as educational baseline.
• About 1 year or more solid shipping experience.
• Independent, detail-minded and well organized.
• Familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents, shipping summaries and invoices.
• Handle Sea/Air freight booking documents.
