Job summary

ACW Solutions Ltd. is seeking a SharePoint professional to design, implement and support SharePoint Online solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will translate business requirements into practical SPFx-driven implementations and automate processes with Power Apps and Power Automate.

The role focuses on intranets, document management, permissions, migrations, and ongoing governance. Strong English and Cantonese communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SharePoint implementation, development or technical consulting.
• Hands-on with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365: site config, document mgmt, permissions, admin.
• Power Apps and Power Automate for SharePoint-integrated apps/workflows.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, PowerShell for integration/automation.
• Understand SharePoint IA, metadata, content types, versioning, access control.
• Support project delivery: requirements, estimation, testing, UAT, deployment, docs.
• Able to manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, communicate risks.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, client-focused approach.
• Good English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience with migration tools, Azure or Entra ID an advantage.
• Microsoft certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and technical requirements and translate to SharePoint solutions.
• Design, configure, develop and implement SharePoint Online solutions (intranet, collaboration sites, docs, workflows).
• Develop components and integrations using SPFx, Graph, REST APIs, and Microsoft 365 tech.
• Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions integrated with SharePoint.
• Configure site structures, libraries, metadata, permissions and access controls.
• Perform SharePoint migrations and modernisation: assess, plan, execute, validate, post-migration support.
• Manage delivery tasks: requirements, design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, handover.
• Prepare estimates, track progress, report status, issues, risks to PM.
• Coordinate with clients, users, internal teams and vendors to deliver outcomes.
• Create technical specs, config records, test cases, deployment guides, and user docs.
• Provide troubleshooting, post-implementation support and knowledge transfer.
