Job summary

Chong Hing Securities Limited is seeking a seasoned Settlement Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the settlement team across HKMK, SZMK and MAMK markets. You will verify scrips, corporate activity reports, and announcements.

You will authorize CCASS transactions, monitor positions, review dividend/bonus payments, handle client claims, and ensure accurate, timely processing with a focus on risk controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in securities settlement operations.
• Hands-on CCASS experience and strong knowledge of markets and settlement processes.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; Chinese word processing; bilingual in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the settlement team's daily activities across HKMK, SZMK and MAMK markets.
• Verify physical scrips, corporate activities reports, and check company announcements.
• Authorize CCASS transactions (rights subscription, warrants exercise, stock withdrawal) and monitor due/overdue positions.
• Final-check physical scrips before sending to HKCC and review Dividend/Bonus reports before payment.
• Handle client claims related to dividends or bonus shares and manage executor account transfers.
• Supervise the mailing of official letters and verify signatures.

Verify physical scrips, corporate activities report, and check company announcements

Oversee daily settlement processes, authorize transactions in CCASS (including rights subscription, warrants exercise, and stock withdrawal), and monitor due/overdue positions

Final-check physical scrips before sending to HKSCC and review Dividend/Bonus reports before payment

Handle client claims related to dividends or bonus shares and manage executor account transfers

Supervise the mailing of official letters and verify signatures
