Job summary

Acts Consulting Co. 毅知顧問公司 is seeking a Settlement Manager in Hong Kong to oversee daily settlement operations for local securities and ensure timely execution of instructions.

The role requires strong knowledge of HK/Asia equities and futures settlement, CCASS operations, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, be self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and proficient in English, Chinese (Putonghua), and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in settlement operation in brokerage firms.
• Solid experience in HK and Asia equities and futures settlement.
• Familiar with CCASS operation.
• Responsible, self-motivated, strong risk awareness and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily settlement operation for local securities.
• Monitor trade matching, resolve discrepancies and ensure timely execution.
• Perform daily operations in CCASS.
• Ensure all processing transactions are complied with all relevant regulators and in-house policies.
• Perform ad hoc reporting timely and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

• Perform daily operation in CCASS operations;

• Ensure all processing transactions are complied with all relevant regulators and in-house policies

• Perform ad hoc reporting timely and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned;

Requirements

• Degree or above, preferably in Finance /Accounting or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in settlement operation in brokerage firms.
• Solid experience in HK and Asia equities and futures settlement
• Familiar with CCASS operation
• Responsible, self-motivated, competent risk awareness and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
