Job summary

CTBC Asia Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced settlement operations professional to manage daily equity and derivatives activities across local and global markets. You will handle margin trading, SBL, IPOs, corporate actions, fund transfers and related back-office tasks to ensure smooth settlements.

The role requires 3+ years in settlement operations, fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), and familiarity with CCASS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of settlement operational experience in the financial industry.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Familiar with CCASS operations.
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently.
• Experience in daily operations of equity and derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations of equity and derivatives products in local and global markets.
• Handle margin trading, SBL, IPO, corporate actions, fund transfers and related back-office operations.
• Process trade settlements, reconciliations, statements and related documentation.
• Liaise with front office, brokers and custodians to resolve settlement issues.
• Handle client account opening and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in system modification and UAT testing.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Responsible for performing daily operations of equity and derivatives products include local market and global markets

Liaise with front office, brokers, custodians to resolve settlement issues

Requirements

3 years or above settlement operational experiences in financial industry

Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

Familiar with the use of CCASS operation

Self-disciplined, able to work independently
