Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager for a live Data Centre campus in Hong Kong. You will be the critical interface between operations and hyperscale customers, owning end-to-end service relationships and driving continuous improvement across SLA management and governance.

The role requires a strong data centre ops background with hyperscaler exposure, proven SLA delivery experience, and the ability to coordinate with external vendors and cross-border stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive data centre operations background, preferably with hyperscaler exposure.
• Proven SLA and service delivery management experience in colocation or critical environments.
• Experience managing external vendors and cross-border stakeholders.
• Commercial judgment to translate technical conversations into contractual, timeline and financial outcomes.
• Strong coordination across operations, leasing, finance and customer teams.

Service Delivery Manager – Data Centre (Hong Kong)

We're hiring on behalf of a leading data centre developer and operator with a growing global footprint. Due to continued expansion, we're looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join their Hong Kong team.

This is a senior, customer-facing operations role supporting a live Data Centre campus, with multiple new sites coming online across Hong Kong and North Asia in the coming years.

The Role

You will be the key interface between operations and the hyperscale customers, owning the service relationship end-to-end:

• Act as the primary interface between operations and hyperscale customers
• Own SLA management, service reporting and customer governance reviews
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver against contracted service level agreements
• Support the transition from construction into operations, then lead the service and asset management phase
• Translate technical matters into clear commercial and customer impact
• Identify and drive continuous service improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Strong data centre operations background, ideally with hyperscaler exposure (Google, AWS, Equinix, Vantage, GDS, etc.)
• Proven SLA and service delivery management experience in a colocation or critical environments setting
• Track record managing external vendors and cross-border stakeholders
• Commercial judgement - able to turn technical conversations into contractual, timeline and financial outcomes
• Strong coordination across operations, leasing, finance and customer teams
