Qualifications

• 12+ years leading Data Centre infrastructure at hyperscale or enterprise IDCs.
• At least 8 years in people management capacity.
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Credentials include REW, Registered Safety Officer, and Uptime Institute ATD.

Responsibilities

• DC Operations & Reliability: Standardize SOPs and maintenance cycles; direct 24/7 facility operations; deploy DCIM automation for real-time monitoring.
• Financial & Capacity Planning: Manage the department P&L end-to-end; steer multi-year OpEx/CapEx budgets; forecast rack capacity and revenue.
• Client Engagement: Run regular client meetings to review SLA and propose remediation actions and financial matters.
• Infrastructure Delivery & Build: Contribute to lifecycle of data center builds, expansions, and retrofits from operational perspective.

Responsibilities

• DC Operations & Reliability: Standardize SOPs and maintenance cycles, and direct round-the-clock facility operationsto deploy unified DCIM automation for real-time monitoring
• Financial & Capacity Planning: Manage the department P&L end-to-end, steering multi-year OpEx/CapEx budgets, tracking ROI, and forecasting rack capacity and cross-border facility revenue
• Client Engagement:Run regular client meetings to review SLA, propose remediation & service enhacnement actions (When needed), financial matters, etc.
• Infrastructure Delivery & Build:Contribute to the complete lifecycle of data center builds, expansions, and retrofitsthrought providing specificationsfrom operational perspective throughout the HPC's design & build stages

Requirements

• Background: 12+ years' experience leading Data Centreinfrastructure athyperscale or enterprise IDCs, with at least 8years' under people management capacity
• Qualifications: Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering; valuable credentials include REW, Registered Safety Officer, and Uptime Institute ATD certifications
• Technical Mastery: Deep operational familiarity with Facility Management,liquid cooling, advanced modern & environmantal friendly fire suppression systems
• Language: Exceptional command of English and Cantonese
