Job Description:
Responsibilities
Manage the Maintenance Service Project and allocated resources, with clear objectives for turnover, cash flow, treasury, schedule, and quality
Support financial performance through cost control and MYB support by meeting the target (allocated) costs, thereby ensuring target margins are achieved
Lead the service delivery team in providing Operations, Administration, and Maintenance (OAM) manual and training to customers in accordance with contractual milestones and key dates
Act as a Work Package Manager, coordinating and managing internal and external stakeholders throughout the Defect Liability Period (DLP)
Analyze system logs and site information to identify issues and propose both short-term recovery actions and long-term improvement solutions
Manage obsolescence activities and develop mitigation plans to ensure long-term system supportability
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management or above
Minimum 5 years Customer Service Management or Project Management experiences
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills
Good leadership skills with teamwork experience
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
