Job summary

Hitachi Rail is seeking a seasoned professional to manage the Maintenance Service Project in Hong Kong, coordinating resources and delivering on turnover, schedule, and quality targets. You will guide the service delivery team to provide OAM manuals and training in line with contract milestones.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management and at least five years in Customer Service or Project Management, with strong analytical and leadership skills plus fluency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management or above.
• Minimum 5 years Customer Service Management or Project Management experiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Maintenance Service Project and allocated resources with clear objectives for turnover, cash flow, schedule, and quality.
• Support financial performance through cost control and MYB support to achieve target margins.
• Lead the service delivery team in providing OAM manuals and training to customers per contractual milestones.
• Act as a Work Package Manager coordinating stakeholders through the DLP.
• Analyze system logs and site information to identify issues and propose recovery and long-term improvements.
