Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned restaurant operations professional to ensure smooth service flow in an assigned section of the catering department across Clubhouses, Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses. You will support F&B operations, maintain service standards and enhance member and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant experience in hotels, clubs or sizeable catering establishments.
• Can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient service flow in the assigned section of the restaurant.
• Monitor and enhance food and beverage services, facilities, and staffing levels to maximise satisfaction for Members and guests.
• Support Food and Beverage operations and provide excellent service to Members and guests.
• Meet and greet Members in a professional manner.
• Assist supervisor in ensuring SOP compliance and service standards, especially during SOP changes.
• Coach and train new staff to maintain standards and align with the Club's culture.
• Promote the Club's facilities and services and collect feedback for follow-up and menu planning.
• Coordinate the delivery of marketing programmes and promotional materials.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
