Responsibilities

• Efficiently set tables, replenish condiments, take orders, and support restaurant operations.
• Deliver high-quality service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints by phone or email with professionalism.
• Assist guests with special occasions, dietary requests, and events.
• Upsell and suggest menu items during booking and arrival.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently set tables, replenish condiments, order taking and perform various routine tasks to support restaurant operations.
• Deliver high-quality service that consistently exceeds guest expectations.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints via phone or email with professionalism and positive manner.
• Collaborate with guests to accommodate requests for special occasions, dietary restrictions, birthdays and other events.
• Actively engage in upselling and making recommendations to enhance the guest experience during booking and arrival.
• Execute other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor / manager.

Requirements

• Fluent in Cantonese & English, Mandarin will be an absolute advantage.
• Demonstrated willingness to develop skills and knowledge.
• Responsible and supportive collaborator within a team environment.
• Immediately Available is highly preferred
• Work Location: Clear Water Bay
