Job summary

Set up, maintain, and break down dining area — table setting, polishing, side stations

Follow food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations

Process bills and payments accurately, handle cash / card

Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and host team for smooth service

Maintain cleanliness and organization during shift

About you

Previous experience as server, waitstaff, or hospitality preferred but not required for entry-level

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to stand/walk for long periods and carry trays (up to 10kg)

Basic math and POS system skills

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Knowledge of food & beverage pairings a plus

Food handler's card / RSA certification if required by location
