Job summary

Combuilder Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Specialist to design, develop, test and deploy complex integrations between Workday Financials and internal systems. You will implement data migration strategies, develop reports, and optimize integration landscapes.

The role requires 5–10 years of Workday Financials experience with at least 3 years in integrations, plus strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience with Workday Financials, including at least 3 years in Workday integrations.
• Deep understanding of Workday Financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Adaptive Planning.
• Expert proficiency with Workday integration tools: Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Packaged Integrations.
• Strong knowledge of web services: REST/SOAP, XML, XSLT, JSON.
• Proven ability to design, develop, test, and deploy complex integrations.
• Experience with data migration strategies and execution.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy complex Workday integrations using Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Packaged Integrations.
• Develop custom Workday reports and dashboards to support financial analysis and insights.
• Develop ETL and data migration strategies, ensuring data accuracy during deployments and enhancements.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans, manage UAT, and support data conversion activities.
• Analyse current integration landscapes to identify optimization opportunities and reduce errors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Deliver clear training for end-users and administrators on Workday integrations.
