Job summary

RedotPay group is seeking a senior risk leader to own risk strategy, governance and the framework for identifying and managing material business exposures. You will guide risk decisions across Finance, Product, Engineering and Compliance to support growth within approved risk appetite.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in risk management or analytics within payments, fintech, digital assets or financial services.
• Proven ownership of risk strategies, models and governance.
• Experience leading a risk function or substantial risk team.

Responsibilities

• Risk appetite and governance: propose KPIs and escalation thresholds for leadership review.
• Fraud and payment risk strategy: design controls for account takeover, card fraud and transaction abuse.
• Risk models and decisioning: lead scorecards and model development with Data and Engineering.
• Exposure assessment: quantify settlement, liquidity, counterparty and concentration risks.
• Monitoring and performance: build dashboards for losses, chargebacks, and exposure utilization.
• Contingency planning: develop scenarios for fraud spikes and market stress.
