Job summary

HKEX is seeking a commercially driven Vice President, Intermediaries Coverage, to manage strategic relationships with a portfolio of intermediaries across Hong Kong and beyond. The role focuses on deepening client engagement, promoting HKEX products, and driving growth in cash, derivatives, ETFs, and post-trade services.

The candidate will lead senior client discussions, partner with internal teams, and identify opportunities to expand participation while delivering strategic market development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience in financial markets, exchanges, brokerages, investment banks, or related institutions.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Relationship Management with a portfolio of intermediaries across Hong Kong.
• Develop and execute account plans to support client growth and engagement.
• Drive adoption of HKEX cash, derivatives, ETFs, connectivity and post-trade offerings.
• Identify opportunities to increase client participation and revenue across markets.
• Collaborate with product, technology, operations and client services to deliver outcomes.
