Morgan Stanley Global Capital Markets in Hong Kong seeks an experienced professional to originate and execute customized derivative solutions for corporate and institutional clients across Greater China. Join the Derivative Solutions Sales team to cover FX, interest rates, and commodities, integrating with Investment Banking and Sales & Trading.

Qualifications

10–12 years of experience in derivatives sales, structuring and advisory.
Strong technical expertise in derivatives and structured products.
Excellent analytical, quantitative and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop new client relationships and grow business with key clients.

Responsibilities

Originate and develop derivative-based risk management solutions for Greater China clients.
Structure, market and execute FX, IR, and commodity derivatives and related cash solutions.
Serve as primary and secondary coverage banker for key client relationships.
Develop and deepen relationships with corporate, FI and PE clients across Morgan Stanley's platform.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
