Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of front-line fixed income sales or solutions experience.
• Proven track record covering Chinese financial institutions.
• Exceptional understanding of structured notes and OTC derivatives.
• Familiarity with onshore/offshore bond markets and Bond Connect.
• Experience with Bloomberg and other trading venues.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Cover and expand financial institution client base in China.
• Originate and execute structured solutions including bonds and derivatives.
• Identify client needs and propose appropriate structured products.
• Support roadshows and primary bond issuance.
• Provide training to junior sales and contribute to strategic growth.
